DON'T FILE A CLAIM and say you didnt recieve them.
I have no idea if you got them or not? But a simple message letting me know is all thats needed and we will use some other email tactics to get them sent.
How can I make this any easier? Plans are emailed- NO PAPER PLANS ARE SHIPPED- next they are EMAILED whithin minutes of you purchasing them by and automated system! It never misses! Been this way since 2010. 2 of them never got them in email they say and 1 thinks paper plans where being shipped to the door.
